Engaging in Coach Karlie’s 90-day program has been a God send to me! When I first started, I was unsure how this would be different from anything I have tried before but Karlie’s passion led me to try this one more thing and boy am I glad I did!! I shared with Karlie that all I wanted to do was reduce my stress and sleep better. I’ve had severe anxiety since I was a child and really had little hopes of reducing it by more than a tiny bit. I figured I would learn the same breathing and meditation techniques that I’ve learned in the past but truly hoped for more.
I felt that my lack of sleep was due to stress and my stress was the result of my job. I had he classic thought “these people are stressing me out!”. Karlie’s coaching helped me to realize the patterns of behavior in all aspects of my life that were not serving me well and were inducing my stress level and my sleep patterns. She led me through easy, fun, simple behavior modifications that helped me exceed my goals. Through these changes, I have reduced my stress from a score of 10 to 2 and finally getting good nights sleep. I completed the 90 day program about a month ago and I wake up full of energy and with this overwhelming feeling of peace and calm.
Along with my initial goal, I have learned how to better manage my personal life and have even lost weight. I’m excited to embark on a second 90 days with a new set of goals. With Karlie’s coaching I can’t wait to experience the exciting new life she is helping me create for myself. This is the best investment in myself I could make!
