In what forum does coaching take place?

I provide coaching services via telephone and video chat and in-person if requested by client. I have found that most clients prefer sessions over the phone because it cuts out the need for travel time, is convenient, and allows the client and I to be anywhere, as long as we have access to a phone. In-person sessions are fine for someone in the local area but do require additional time for travel and that is not always feasible or desired.

How can coaching with you help me? 

Together, we will find what wellness means to you as a unique individual and set up steps that are easy for you to take to achieve your desired level of sustainable wellness. My program helps us find the RIGHT system for you, provides the ideal SUPPORT you need for long-term success and provides ACCOUNTABILITY to assist you with making the small changes, so you develop them into habits.

What is the difference between a life coach a therapist/counselor? 

As a Life Coach, I am a trained professional who takes an approach of curiosity and not judgment. A therapist will ask “why” and I ask “what do we do about this and how do we make success inevitable for you?” I use my knowledge to provide ongoing support for a customized transformational program that is designed to improve your life, health, happiness and overall wellness.

A coach is a partner or catalyst in helping the client discover their purpose, promotes good decision-making, and how to make progress towards his/her objectives. A coach is supportive in nature, focuses on the future passions and dreams while embarking on a journey toward feeling alive, healthy and reaching the clients full potential.

A therapist/counselor focus on healing and brokenness, restore stability and functionality, focus on how to relieve the pain, the methodology is authoritative and directive in nature and they are seen as an expert that can provide insight, advice and intervention.

Who and Why Do You Coach? 

If you have the DESIRE to change once and for all, I AM YOUR COACH.  

I love wellness coaching, but I exclusively work with people who have a deep desire and MOTIVATION to change.  

I am very PASSIONATE about wellness coaching, and I know it works, from both personal and professional experience. The methods I use have been proven to work over and over for thousands upon thousands of people. They are based on what’s known as evidence-based practice, and developed thoroughly by the Health Coach Institute.

I offer coaching because I was born to do it, and I’m very good at it. Even if you don’t believe in yourself 100%, but you have FAITH that there really is a way to change your crippling health habits for good, then you are the kind of person who would benefit from working with me.

Do you ever get stuck when working with a client? 

I have a very large toolbox of proven-effective materials, experiential exercises and evidence-based resources that will help guide us towards working through any challenge I can imagine would come up. If a challenge were to occur and additional support was needed for you, I am confident we could work together to find what that would be and add that in conjunction with our work together.
